Most standard RO membranes struggle once feed water climbs past ~2000 ppm TDS. This LUXGEN membrane is engineered for tough water — it maintains 96-98% salt rejection on feed water up to 3000 ppm TDS, making it well suited to borewell supplies and hard-water regions where dissolved salts are high.

Fully-molded, sealed construction

Unlike open spiral elements, this membrane is fully molded into a one-piece encapsulated housing. That means no external O-ring leaks, a hygienic sealed water path, tamper-resistant construction, and quick-connect push-fit fittings that make replacement fast and clean. The sealed body also protects the membrane element from handling damage, so it lasts longer in daily use.

Thin-Film Composite (TFC) technology

The multi-layer TFC membrane combines a spiral membrane sheet, a dense TFC rejection layer, a feed spacer for even flow and a permeate core that collects purified water. Together they reject dissolved salts and TDS while blocking heavy metals, bacteria and cysts — delivering clean, great-tasting water.
