4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit, typically within [X] business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI to the details you provide.
5. Replacements
If you received a damaged or defective item, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability. Replacements are shipped once the original item is returned and inspected, or as otherwise agreed.
