All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustration; actual products may vary slightly.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms we have received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for reasons of stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment

We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout, which may include Cash on Delivery (COD) and other options as available. For COD orders, payment is due in full at the time of delivery. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and contact information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, location, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any issues promptly.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable period of delivery with your order details and photos where applicable. Eligible items may be returned, replaced, or refunded subject to inspection. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or warranty reasons. 7. Warranty

Products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty as stated on the product page. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, normal wear, or unauthorised modification.

We offer free guidance via WhatsApp to help you fit your part correctly. This support is advisory only. You are responsible for ensuring correct and safe installation, and we recommend professional installation where appropriate. We are not liable for damage or loss arising from incorrect self-installation.

9. Account & Security

You may register an account using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draqua shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
